How to Set up the Voicemail Greeting?
To set up the voicemail greeting on the desired phone, press the envelope key ✉ or press * 97 to access the voicemail menu, then enter the default PIN (default PIN is 0000) followed by the pound key #.
Once you’re on the voicemail main menu, press 5 for the advance option.
- To record a greeting, press 1
- Choose greeting 1
Follow the prompts to complete the voicemail greeting setup.
